Mark Castellanet joined FAIRPAY Solutions in 2011 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development and will be responsible for all client interfacing, including account management and growth activities. In his role, Mr. Castellanet manages a team of highly skilled and accomplished sales and account managers who bring creative and customizable solutions to the managed care arena and FAIRPAY clientele. Mr. Castellanet brings 30 plus years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has achieved financial and business process results in start-up, turnaround and growth situations, in both development stage and mature businesses. P & L accountability in home care, managed care, insurance and outpatient physical therapy. Prior to joining FAIRPAY Solutions, Mr. Castellanet most recently acted as Vice President, Sales for Specialty Risk Services, a division of The Hartford Insurance Company. His breadth of leadership experience in creating sales excellence and consultative problem solving approaches for various healthcare organizations, such as Baxter, Walgreens Health Initiatives and Health South Outpatient Physical Therapy. Mr. Castellanet holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in marketing and finance from Western Illinois University.
