Chad Birckelbaw joined FAIRPAY Solutions, a leading provider of specialty bill review services, in 2006 as Operations Manager, Workers' Compensation. In October 2007, Mr. Birckelbaw was named as Chief Operating Officer and he assumed the additional responsibility of President in May 2009.

Utilizing more than 15 years of leadership and management experience to develop solutions aimed at improving the client experience and building high-performing teams committed to providing superior service, Mr. Birckelbaw works to assure that FAIRPAY services meet the dynamic needs of clients.

Prior to his tenure with FAIRPAY, Mr. Birckelbaw held several positions at various locations for State Farm Insurance Companies; most recently as an Underwriting Section Manager with responsibilities in Texas. While at State Farm, he also implemented new practices which greatly improved efficiencies and client satisfaction in addition to overseeing a joining of regional functional underwriting areas within Texas.

Mr. Birckelbaw holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. In addition, he has earned numerous insurance and risk management related designations, including the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)® and his Associate in Risk Management (ARM)® designations.
