Bill Huang joined FAIRPAY Solutions, a leading provider of specialty bill review services, in 2006 as Chief Information Officer. Mr. Huang led FAIRPAY’s IT team in the development of our MAARS platform. He continues to oversee the evolution of FAIRPAY’s systems and internal processes.

Drawing on over 15 years of diverse experience in software development and leadership, Mr. Huang works to ensure that FAIRPAY’s systems are most effectively employed in support of our strong commitment to our clients’ success.

Prior to coming on board with FAIRPAY, Mr. Huang co-founded a web development consulting firm and led development engagements in numerous vertical markets, including: telecom, hospitality, defense, and plastics. Before his work as consultant, Mr. Huang developed software used to manage networks created to link remote locations via satellite for NEC America.

Mr. Huang holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas – Arlington. In addition he holds an MCSD certification in Microsoft development technologies.
